1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Times Tables: Math Quiz (the “Game”), a TikTok Mini Game operated by SOLITE KIDS INTERNATIONAL (“Solite Kids”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Game.

2. About the Game

Times Tables: Math Quiz is a mathematics quiz game designed to provide users with an interactive way to practice multiplication tables.

The Game is provided through the TikTok Mini Game platform and may use features and services provided by TikTok.

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Game from time to time.

3. TikTok Platform and Login

The Game uses TikTok Mini Game services, including TikTok Silent Login.

Silent Login allows the Game to establish a basic user identity within the TikTok Mini Game environment without requiring a separate authorization screen.

The Game does not require you to create a separate Solite Kids username or password.

Your use of TikTok and TikTok Mini Games remains subject to TikTok’s applicable terms, policies, age requirements, and other rules.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and mandatory TikTok platform requirements applicable to your use of the Game, the applicable TikTok requirements may control the relevant platform-related matter.

4. Game Progress and Local Storage

Certain gameplay information may be stored locally on your device.

Local storage may be used to remember gameplay-related settings or progress.

Because this information is stored locally, it may be lost if you:

• Delete the Game;
• Clear application or browser storage;
• Change devices;
• Reset your device;
• Use certain device or system maintenance features; or
• Otherwise remove locally stored data.

We do not guarantee permanent preservation of locally stored gameplay progress.

5. Rewarded Advertisements

The Game may offer rewarded video advertisements.

Rewarded advertisements allow users to voluntarily watch an advertisement in exchange for an in-game benefit or reward.

You understand that:

• The availability of advertisements may vary;

Users should not interact with advertisements in a manner that violates applicable laws, TikTok policies, or third-party advertising requirements.

6. In-Game Rewards

The Game may provide in-game benefits or rewards in connection with certain gameplay activities, including rewarded advertisements.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• In-game rewards have no cash value;
• In-game rewards are for use within the Game only;
• In-game rewards cannot be exchanged for money;
• In-game rewards cannot be sold or transferred to another person; and
• We may modify the availability, amount, or conditions of in-game rewards as reasonably necessary for the operation of the Game.

We do not represent that any particular reward will always be available.

8. Age and General Audience

Times Tables: Math Quiz is a general-audience mathematics quiz game intended for users of all ages. The Game is not specifically directed toward children.

The Game is provided through TikTok and therefore users must comply with TikTok’s applicable age requirements and platform rules.

Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether use of TikTok and the Game is appropriate for minors under their care.

9. Intellectual Property

The Game, including its software, interface, graphics, sounds, text, logos, design, game mechanics as applicable, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to SOLITE KIDS INTERNATIONAL and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Use Solite Kids trademarks, logos, or branding without permission.

Your use of the Game does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.

10. Updates and Changes to the Game

We may release updates, improvements, bug fixes, new features, or other modifications to the Game.

Some updates may be required for continued use of the Game.

We may also remove, change, suspend, or discontinue certain features where reasonably necessary, including for technical, operational, security, legal, or platform-related reasons.

11. Availability

We aim to keep Times Tables: Math Quiz available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that the Game will always be:

• Available without interruption;
• Free from errors or bugs;
• Compatible with every device or version of TikTok;
• Available in every country or region; or
• Free from temporary downtime.

The Game may become temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, network issues, TikTok platform changes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SOLITE KIDS INTERNATIONAL and its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Game.

This may include, where permitted by law, loss of data, loss of gameplay progress, interruption of service, or other losses arising from your use of the Game.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15. Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Game where reasonably necessary, including when:

• You materially violate these Terms;
• Your use creates a security or operational risk;
• You engage in cheating, fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity;
• Required by law or a competent authority; or
• The Game is discontinued.

You may stop using the Game at any time.

Termination or discontinuation of the Game does not affect provisions of these Terms that are intended to survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law provisions.
