End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and PT. Solite Kids International (“Company”) for the use of the application “Solite Kids: Belajar TK SD” (“Application”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. This license allows you to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Types of Membership

2.1 Free Membership

Users can access the Application for free with the following limitations:

• Access to regular content is available.
• Users must view advertisements to access content.
• Access to VIP content is limited to 10 minutes per day in total.

2.2 VIP Membership

Users can subscribe to become a VIP Member to enjoy additional benefits. Subscriptions are available in two plans:

• Monthly Subscription
• Annual Subscription

VIP Member Benefits:

1. Ad-free experience.
2. Unlimited access to all VIP content.
3. Share subscription benefits on up to three devices by logging in with the same account.

3. Account Creation and Subscription Binding

3.1 Account Creation

After successfully purchasing a subscription, users are required to create a Solite Kids account by:

• Providing a valid email address.
• Setting a password.

3.2 Subscription Binding

Users must bind their subscription to their Solite Kids account to access VIP benefits on up to three devices. Failure to bind the subscription may result in restricted access to VIP features.

4. Payment and Renewal

4.1 Payment

Payments for subscriptions are processed through the platform’s respective payment system (e.g., Google Play or Apple App Store). All payments are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective platform.

4.2 Renewal

Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled by the User before the end of the current billing cycle. Users may manage or cancel their subscriptions through the platform’s account settings.

5. Advertisement Policy

Free Membership includes advertisements. By using the Application, you consent to the display of advertisements as part of the service.

6. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and your access to the Application at any time if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Application, including but not limited to data loss or device incompatibility.

8. Privacy Policy

The use of the Application is subject to the Company’s Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is collected, stored, and used. By using the Application, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

9. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend or update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Application following such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Indonesia.
